Upgrade Steps:
1) please download the NEW firmware file in your SD/CF card.
2) change this file name to “1080pxUp.bin” 
3) you also need 1 movie file in this SD/CF card.
4) insert SD/CF card into the player
5) reboot /power on the player  
6) after power up player (do not power off player during installation)
Player will automatically upload firmware
7) done
